1. Tender Preparation and Management
- Prepare and organize all documents required for tenders.
- Follow up on tender submissions and ensure compliance with deadlines.
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders to gather necessary information and approvals.
2. Administrative Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the management team.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
3. Document Management
- Maintain accurate records, files, and reports.
- Ensure proper documentation and confidentiality of sensitive information.
4. Project Coordination
- Monitor the progress of ongoing projects and assist in ensuring timely delivery.
- Communicate with interal and external parties to streamline project workflows.
5. General Office Management
- Oversee office operations, including supplies procurement and inventory management.
- Handle correspondence and inquiries on behalf of the management team.
Salary:
Basic Salary (RM2,500) + Allowance (RM500) + Incentive (Performance) + Overtime
