Key Responsibilities:
- To monitor, to inspect, and to record production processes.
- To monitor and to inspect the hygiene, tidiness, and cleanliness of the production kitchen.
- To monitor and record the daily temperature/ production records.
- To perform QC inspection on incoming ingredients.
- To perform QC inspection on outgoing products.
- To carry out personal hygiene inspection on every employee.
- To control chemical/cleaning detergent movement and segregate it to divisions.
- To perform the compliance checking on kitchen operation related & documentations based on HACCP & ISO22000 guideline.
- To assist in any task given by immediate superior.
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma in Food Technology / Food Science / Food Studies.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Mandarin is added advantage
- 6 days work in a week
- Able to work in shift basis
