Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Admin Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with daily administrative tasks, ensure smooth office operations, and provide support to our staff and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Maintain organized files and records.
  • Assist in preparing invoices, quotations, and reports.
  • Perform basic data entry and inventory updates.
  • Provide excellent customer service when assisting clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and multitask.
  • Prior experience in an administrative role is an advantage but not required.
