Job Responsibilities:
1. Establish the company's legal system to ensure that the company's business and processes are legal and compliant;
2. Draft and revise company contracts, agreements, documents and other legal texts to ensure their compliance and effectiveness.
3. Provide legal consulting services to the company, assess legal risks, and participate in major decision-making matters of the company to provide legal opinions.
4. Handle legal disputes such as litigation and arbitration, and handle various arbitration and litigation cases on behalf of the company.
5. Track and collect relevant information on industry laws, regulations and policies, and regularly update the company's internal legal database.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above in law, legal management and other related majors, full-time unified admission, priority is given to overseas students, and priority is given to those who have passed the national judicial examination;
2. Proficient in international law, company law, contract law, civil law and other laws and regulations, and familiar with the drafting and revision of various legal documents;
3. Applicants with work experience in a law firm or legal work experience in an Internet company, basic knowledge related to the technology and finance industry, and experience in the web3 industry are preferred;
4. Have good communication skills and written expression skills, and be able to express legal opinions and suggestions clearly and concisely.
5. Proficient in English and able to draft English contracts and documents.
岗位职责：
1、搭建公司法务体系，确保公司业务、流程合法合规；
2、起草、修改公司合同、协议、文件等法律文本，确保其合规性和有效性。
3、为公司提供法律咨询服务，评估法律风险，参与公司重大决策性事务提供法律意见书。
4、处理诉讼、仲裁等法律纠纷，代表公司处理各类仲裁、诉讼案件。
5、跟踪并收集行业法律法规、政策的相关信息，定期更新公司内部法务资料库。
任职资格：
1、法学、法律管理等相关专业本科以上学历，全日制统招，留学生优先，通过国家司法考试优先；
2、精通国际法、公司法、合同法、民法等法律法规，熟悉各类法律文书的起草和修改；
3、具有律所工作经验或互联网公司法务工作经验，有科技金融行业相关基础知识，有web3行业经验者优先；
4、具备良好的沟通能力和文字表达能力，能够清晰简明地表达法律观点和建议。
5、英语精通，能起草英文合同、文件。
