Job Responsibilities
1. Take charge of the overall NSS scores of e-commerce platforms such as My HUAWEI APP, integrated official website mall, and forum. By analyzing daily voice of users, coordinate with IT group to solve the real-time issue, and identify optimization point for submitting long-term IT requirements, take responsibility for user experience and consumer satisfaction.
2. Be responsible for system process optimization. Coordinate with payment gateway team, logistic team or financial team, accommodate their requirements which is beneficial for improving process efficiency, and raise the requirements to IT group.
3. Be responsible for the deployment and operation of the e-commerce official website and its APP, plan different operation solutions for new and old users, including content design, online and offline forum/member activity operation, and member bonus point/coupon activity solution, and be responsible for user growth, activeness, conversion, and loyalty.
4. Plan and review the content of resource slots in My HUAWEI APP, communicate with related departments, and promote smooth work.
Job Requirements
1. Have worked in the e-commerce industry or self-operated mall for at least one year, especially in system process optimization, or user experience optimization.
2. Have user thinking and empathy, and be able to identify experience problems from the perspective of users.
3. Strong logical thinking, good at communication, and problem-solving ability
4. Proactive and desire to learn
