· Handle the full spectrum of human resource and office administration tasks when necessary and depending on job capacity.

· Learning the full cycle of recruitment process which includes job advertising, sorting applicants, collect personal data from shortlisted candidates through the call, arrange interview session with hiring manager, and etc.

· Learning the employees’ compensation and benefits which includes payroll calculation, leave application management, employee expenses claim procedure, company’s additional benefits policy, and government incentive grant.

· Schedule the internal and external training program for employees and compile the attendance for HRDF claim purpose.

· Employee engagement involvement, such as festive celebration, team building, breakfast connect, sport day, and etc.

· Key in office fixed cost in accounting system.

· Other Ad-hoc tasks assigned from superior from time to time.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: From RM800.00 per month
