- Assist with the processing of bike registrations, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted in a timely manner.
- Handle insurance claims, including the preparation of necessary paperwork and liaising with insurance providers.
- Conduct monthly follow-ups with customers regarding loan payments and insurance premiums, ensuring prompt and accurate payments.
- Provide administrative support for the sales team, including preparing quotes, managing orders, and handling customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all transactions and correspondence.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly reports and financial statements.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within a motor shop or related industry.
- Proficiency in insurance and bike registration processes.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Knowledge of insurance claim procedures and loan payment follow-ups.
- Customer service orientation with a focus on attention to detail.
