JOB DESCRIPTION
1) Assist in daily general administration and clerical work.
2) Managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
3) Prepare a proper documentation arrangement, reports, filing, maintained accurate records, and document control consistently with office guidelines and procedures.
4) Assist with filing of audit-related documentation, and records management.
5) Ensure compliance with company procedures and confidentiality standards.
6) Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENT
1) Candidate must possess at least SPM.
2) Minimum 1 year working experience in related field.
3) Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
4) Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.
5) Able to work under pressure and multitask.
6) Self-motivated, proactive, discipline and able to work independently.
7) Able to develop ideas for making management more advance.
8) Team work is very important for our company work flow and culture.
