Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations:
- Manage daily HR operations, including attendance, leave, and payroll administration.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Conduct orientation sessions and ensure seamless onboarding for new hires.
Employee Engagement & Retention:

Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role, Familiarity with HR software and systems.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
