Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations:

  • Manage daily HR operations, including attendance, leave, and payroll administration.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Conduct orientation sessions and ensure seamless onboarding for new hires.

Employee Engagement & Retention:

  • Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and feedback.

Performance Management:

  • Support managers in implementing performance appraisals and development plans.
  • Monitor employee performance and suggest training or improvement plans when necessary.

Training & Development:

  • Identify training needs and arrange professional development programs.
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop a learning culture.

Compliance & Policies:

  • Ensure adherence to local labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Update and implement HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role, Familiarity with HR software and systems.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
