Role Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing customer interactions, with expertise in co-working spaces, showrooms, and event management. This role requires a customer-eccentric approach, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to create memorable customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
• Customer Service and Engagement:
o Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.
o Foster a welcoming environment and build strong relationships with clients and visitors.
• Co-Meeting Space Management:
o Oversee day-to-day operations of co-meeting spaces, ensuring a seamless experience for all users.
o Address member needs promptly and maintain a professional atmosphere.
• Showroom Support:
o Provide personalized assistance to customers in the showroom, explaining product features and benefits.
o Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Event Management:
o Plan, coordinate, and execute events, such as product launches, training sessions, and community gatherings.
o Liaise with vendors and clients to ensure events are successfully managed.
• Administrative Duties:
o Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
o Prepare reports and documentation as required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
