Maintenance Executive (AO Chargeman / 5 Days job)

Job Scopes

• Responsible for the day-to-day operation of facilities and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, FSSC, and GMP requirements.
• Coordinate maintenance of facilities and equipment, including air compressors, AHU units, air dryers, TNB MSSB, local MSSB, hot and chilled water supply systems, cooling towers, and heat exchangers.
• Maintain a preventive maintenance program to ensure that maintenance schedules are met according to quality system requirements.
• Manage facility equipment documentation, licensing arrangements with local authorities, and ensure plant compliance with legal requirements.
• Oversee the maintenance of plant utility vehicles, such as forklifts and scissor lifts.
• Familiar with facility control instruments such as PT100, pressure meters, and flow meters.
• Familiar with facility SCADA system management.
• Competent in managing electrical panel maintenance.
• Familiarity with bag filtration systems is an added advantage.

We are looking for someone with

• Facilities management / Equipment maintenance experiences with a proven track record
• Supervisory and managerial skills
• Strong knowledge in maintenance, electronic and mechanic maintenance
• Strong organizational, communication, CAD software for facility layout, record keeping skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Chargeman certificate with minimum level AO

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM5,500.00 per month
