Key Responsibilities:
Legal Compliance and Governance
- Stay abreast of legal and regulatory changes affecting the company's operations.
- Research on applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards.
- Assist his/her manager in providing legal support to all stakeholders on contractual matters, risk management and dispute resolution.
Business Strategy Development
- Conduct market analysis and assess industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop strategic plans to drive business expansion, market penetration, and revenue growth.
Corporate Financial Planning and Strategy
- Assist in the development of the company's financial goals and objectives.
- Liaise with Finance Department on prepare and analyse financial forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Identify key financial drivers and develop strategies to optimize capital allocation and resource utilization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Assist his/her manager on documentation required for cross-department initiatives with various departments and business units to ensure alignment with corporate goals.
- Assist his/her manager on communication and coordination between different teams to drive strategic initiatives forward.
Corporate Planning and Partnership with Overseas Stakeholders
- Performing research on overseas markets o Identify strategic partnerships and collaboration opportunities to support business growth.
- Coordinate with international teams to align corporate goals and initiatives across regions.
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks and or project that assigned by his/her manager from time-to-time.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate planning, legal compliance, financial analysis, or related fields.
- Working knowledge of corporate governance principles, corporate law, and regulatory requirements.
- Have sufficient analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex legal and financial documents.
- Proficiency in financial modelling, data analysis, and strategic planning techniques.
- Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with the team.
- Detail-oriented with the ability manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
