HR, Admin & IT Manager
Job Description
HR
1. To provide the strategic directions and manage the full spectrum of HR & Admin functions including Hiring, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Welfare and Employee Services, and Administrative functions
2. To provide practical and proactive support, direction and advice to other division managers on HR procedure, policy, best practice, employment rewards, benefits, and legislation to facilitate in achieving the objectives and targets of an organization
3. To lead and manage the HR, Admin & IT team
4. To develop, update and maintain personnel policies, policy manuals and employee handbook as required
5. To provide pragmatic and consistent guidance and advice to managers on grievance, attendance, disciplinary and performance issues
6. To oversee the induction/orientation programs for new employees
7. To ensure employment practices are in compliance with the emerging labour laws and regulations
8. To ensure compliance, maintenance and continuous improvement on all HR aspect
9. To design, formulate and manage staff appraisal system
10. To oversee employees counselling, handling employee grievances and disciplinary problem
11. To oversee foreign workers’ matters, which include permit application, renewal of permit, insurance and etc
12. To lead and coordinate the Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR)
Admin
13. To lead, monitor and manage the office administrative functions and to set up and implement proper procedures and policy
14. To create and update policies and procedures for Admin Department
15. To carry out any other duties as instructed by superior from time to time
16. To undertake any other job function as assigned by superior and management from time to time
IT
17. To lead, monitor and manage IT functions and ensure proper policies and procedures are implemented
18. To oversee and coordinate IT projects and activities when required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in related studies.
- Experience in construction company will be added advantage
- Minimum 5 years of HR manager role.
- Good verbal & written communication skills in English and Bahasa.
- Good interpersonal, reliable, honest and responsible.
- Proficiency in MS 365.
- Discipline, mature and able to work independently.
- Professional in approach and presentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM6,700.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

Education:

Experience:
