  • Responsible for sales administration and general support to the sales department head.
  • Sales Coordination process order entries, liaising with vendors, renewal orders, provide price quotations and assist with deal registration.
  • Assist in data reporting and analysis to the management team.
  • Handle day-to-day clerical duties.
  • Maintain close relationships with potential clients.
  • Communicate closely and cooperate with different internal departments (Admin Department, Logistics Department, Engineer team, Cloud Team).
  • Handle ad-hoc duties assigned.
  • Good in Cantonese as will be liaising with Hong Kong.
  • Able to write and read English will be added an advantage.
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM or higher secondary certification.
  • Attentive to details, a strong sense of responsibility, and a good team player.
  • Able to multi-task and have strong organizational skills.
  • Good team player with a proactive and detail-oriented personality.
  • Self-motivated, aggressive, and hardworking.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
