One of our services is to assist our clientele in executive search for both IT and Non-IT roles as well as engineering/technician roles.
Job Summary:
A Talent Acquisition cum Client Servicing is a pivotal role to the business in managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish. Act as a single point of contact for clients and candidates. The end goal is to contribute substantial revenue to the company.
Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering. Attend requirement gathering meetings/session along with Sales Team and Client or meeting along with Sales Team to understand the business requirement.
- Job Posting. Publish job ads on career pages, job boards and social media platforms.
- Sourcing. Source and contact passive candidates online (e.g. via LinkedIn).
- Networking. Network with candidates offline, during job fairs or events.
- Candidate Screening. Screen resumes and job applications according to JD’s.
- Initial Interview. Conduct initial interview with the candidates, shortlist and proceed to proposed them to the Business/Sales Team’s by sharing candidate’s CV’s.
- CV Formatting. of the candidate once Business/Sales Team shortlist them to be proposed to client.
- Candidate Management. Prepare candidates before interviews with clients
- Create talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for future job opportunities
- Keep detailed records of past applicants’ information in the tracker provided by Nityo, including CV’s.
- Personal Growth. Continuous learning on Malaysia’s job trend, skills, talents, pay grades etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
