The Project Assistant is responsible for carrying out specific tasks assigned by the Senior Manager to enable the team to meet its targets and meet its key performance indicators. The Project Assistant also ensures that projects are implemented efficiently and effectively; the implementation process is documented, and projects are carried out within the specified budget & timeline.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Assist the team in drafting the proposals for project development within the larger PIP project.
- Manage invoices or receipts for ongoing projects and keeping meeting minutes up to date.
- Assist the team by managing the deliverables of projects, and following up with stakeholders
- Assist in reviewing technical drawings of public parks or proposed infrastructure plans and highlight any critical design issues
- Assist in measuring and drawing any plans of existing sites or units of public housing by measuring on-site when required
- Assist the team for community outreach, and coordinating logistical needs. Assist with preparing meeting presentations to stakeholders, and drafting agreements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree or Diploma or related disciplines
MINIMUM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
- 2-3 years of work experience
- Exposure to community-based or not-for-profit activity
