Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the company’s ISO certification process (ISO 9001).
- Ensure the company’s practices and operations are in full compliance with relevant ISO standards.
- Regularly review and update the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO standards.
- Prepare audit schedules, collect necessary documentation, and assist in corrective actions following audit results.
- Coordinate the review and distribution of quality related documents, such as procedures, work instructions, and forms.
- Support the development and implementation of quality initiatives to improve operations and achieve ISO compliance.
- Prepare periodic reports on ISO related activities, compliance status, and improvement initiatives for management.
Working Experiences
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in ISO coordination or quality management roles.
- Hands on experience with ISO audits, compliance, documentation, and process improvement.
Academic requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
Skill & Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Problem solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and in teams.
- Detail oriented and highly organized.
