Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the company’s ISO certification process (ISO 9001).
  • Ensure the company’s practices and operations are in full compliance with relevant ISO standards.
  • Regularly review and update the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO standards.
  • Prepare audit schedules, collect necessary documentation, and assist in corrective actions following audit results.
  • Coordinate the review and distribution of quality related documents, such as procedures, work instructions, and forms.
  • Support the development and implementation of quality initiatives to improve operations and achieve ISO compliance.
  • Prepare periodic reports on ISO related activities, compliance status, and improvement initiatives for management.

Working Experiences

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in ISO coordination or quality management roles.
  • Hands on experience with ISO audits, compliance, documentation, and process improvement.

Academic requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

Skill & Knowledge

  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Problem solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Detail oriented and highly organized.
