Qualifications & Requirements- Healthy, able-bodied individual capable of warehouse work.
- Valid GDL (Goods Driving License) is mandatory.
- Basic English proficiency for communication and reporting.
- Availability to work Monday to Saturday, 10:00 - 19:00.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Key ResponsibilitiesCollection Fleet Coordination- Recruit and onboard full-time and part-time drivers and helpers.
- Arrange replacement or extra manpower to cover absences or increased workload.
- Address any issues within the collection team, ensuring a supportive work environment.
- Process and submit claims for parts, manpower, petty cash expenses such as petrol, toll, autopass and others.
- Oversee lorry maintenance and repairs, including scheduling replacement lorries, sending vehicles to the workshop, applying for customs permits, renewing Autopass, and managing GSC cards.
- Maintain and reorder essential operational supplies (consignment forms, wrapping materials, tools, trolleys).
- Resolve supplier issues relating to property damage, policy clarifications, and applicable charges.
- Compile and submit weekly and monthly reports on collection team working hours, number of suppliers engaged, and items collected, overtime, deductions, annual leave, and medical certificates (MC).
