Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient working environment.
- Manage workplace logistics, maintain communication lines, and keep records accurately.
- Facilitate organizational communication by handling emails, phone calls, and inter-departmental correspondence.
- Handle insurance claims, employee reimbursement claims, and other related processes.
- Ensure timely submission of claims, follow up with insurers, and maintain accurate records.
- Manage licenses and permits required for the organization’s operations including renewing business licenses, and any industry-specific certifications.
- Track expiration dates of certifications (such as ISO certifications, safety training, CIDB, NIOSH etc.) and coordinate the renewal process to maintain compliance.
- Oversee company assets, including office equipment, vehicles, and technology by maintaining records of asset allocation, depreciation, and repairs
Requirements:
- Diploma or bachelor's in Compulsory to have D & GDL driving license.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administration field. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Relevant certifications in office management/administration
- Proficiency in relevant software, including Microsoft and task management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse range of stakeholders.
- Energetic, positive, and good team player.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
