Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and reconciliations.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and credit control for corporate and individual clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including bank reconciliations and documentation.
- Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and monitoring financial performance.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to track revenue and expenses accurately.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, hotel policies, and internal controls.
- Organize financial documentation for audits and management reviews.
- Provide support to the finance team and other departments as needed.
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
