Main job function: -

Purchasing Assistant responsible for supporting business operations by ordering products or materials that agree with their employer’s brand. Their duties include maintaining relationships with Suppliers, Vendors, placing orders for products based on current inventory needs and tracking shipments from manufacturing locations to customer.

Other supports: -

  • To provide administrative and operational assistance.
  • To perform validation, testing and audit check for any newly launch product as and when requested.
  • To consolidation weekly sport schedule and update sales team respectively.
  • Coordinate, resolving products related situation as necessary.
  • Support in development and implement process standardization, automation of existing product related process to enhance the process efficiency and effective of BAU process.
  • Passionate and Entrepreneurial operations professional with a proactive and growth mind set approach.
  • To ensure a solid end-to-end operation support and process.

Goal:

To perform audit check on sales process to identify areas of improvement and minimize revenue leakage.

  • Perform call, online search to obtain more information about the audit listing
  • Review sales submissions’ documents and capture related information that are crucial for audit purposes
  • This data to be gathered across different sources including Sales portal, CRM system and work with stakeholders to obtain required information
  • Document and track your audit findings in a periodic basis
