Key Responsibilities:
- Work with account managers to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Assist key account managers with documentation and client inquiries to ensure a smooth experience.
- Prepare quotations and tenders quickly and follow up on them.
- Collaborate with the team in China for efficient order processing, timely delivery, and necessary documentation.
- Track all projects and work closely with the account manager to stay aligned.
Requirements:
- A background in engineering, interior design, industrial design, or architecture is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Sales Support Specialist or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong teamwork and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
