Job Description

  • Collate Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions in order to purchase materials, goods and supplies
  • Review inventories and order as required
  • Liase with suppliers regularly
  • Review deliveries as ordered
  • Track order status
  • Ensure all invoices submit to Finance for payment process
  • Produce and maintain reports

Job Requirement

  • Minimum 1 year of purchasing experience
  • Diploma/Degree education in Supply Chain/Purchasing Management is preferred
  • Good negotiations skills
  • Working hours: 9am - 530pm Mondays to Saturdays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
