Job Description
- Collate Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions in order to purchase materials, goods and supplies
- Review inventories and order as required
- Liase with suppliers regularly
- Review deliveries as ordered
- Track order status
- Ensure all invoices submit to Finance for payment process
- Produce and maintain reports
Job Requirement
- Minimum 1 year of purchasing experience
- Diploma/Degree education in Supply Chain/Purchasing Management is preferred
- Good negotiations skills
- Working hours: 9am - 530pm Mondays to Saturdays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
