Salary & Benefits:
- Basic Salary: RM3,300 - RM4,600/month
- Travelling Allowance: RM800/month
- H/P Reimbursement: Up to RM120/month

Job Responsibilities:
1. Sales Planning & Strategy Development
- Understand target markets, including industry trends, company products, and strategies to attract clients.
- Develop negotiation strategies aligned with company goals, assessing risks and client needs.
- Plan and prioritize sales activities to achieve sales targets.
2. Sales Execution
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide recommendations.
- Prepare bid documents and negotiate product/service offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to finalize contract terms and conditions.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify new prospects.
- Collect and analyze customer information to provide AUTO-ID technology solutions.
- Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and related documents as per customer requirements.
- Follow up on customer payments to avoid overdue accounts and bad debts.
- Resolve customer complaints and operational issues in coordination with other departments.
3. Business Relationship Management & Expansion
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with current clients.
- Identify new business opportunities within the assigned industry/target market.
- Provide a platform for client communication and feedback.
- Promote company products/services by addressing client needs.
4. Reporting
- Submit monthly sales forecasts and progress reports using Salesforce.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
5. Responsibilities
- Prospect new customers and promote products/solutions.
- Maintain positive customer relationships and resolve issues.
- Manage account receivables and ensure timely collections.
- Comply with company rules and policies based on legal requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Degree or Diploma in IT/Engineering or related field.
- Experience:
- 1 year of sales experience (required).
- 2-3 years of sales experience (preferred).
- Experience in IT or AIDC field (preferred).
- Skills:
- Basic IT and network knowledge.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Language: Mandarin (required).
- Race/Gender: Open.
