1. Strategic Growth and Planning

  • Develop and execute a robust business development strategy aligned with the company vision and goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and client segments to drive growth.

2. Partnership Development and Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with corporations, governments, and other stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve long-term collaboration.

3. Revenue and Market Expansion

  • Set and achieve revenue targets through new client acquisition and existing client growth.

4. Leadership and Team Management

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing business development team.
  • Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and provide coaching to achieve objectives.

5. Project Delivery

  • Collaborate with internal (customer success, marketing, tech, brand and content) to ensure the project is delivered smoothly with the expected outcome.
  • Monitoring and making sure all B2B/B2G projects are implemented as per timeline and quality.

6. Market Research and Insights

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Use insights to refine the company offerings and value proposition.

7. Finances

  • Develop, manage, and oversee the business development budget to ensure cost-effectiveness and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with finance and executive teams to ensure collections are timely.
