- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Use insights to refine the company offerings and value proposition.
7. Finances
- Develop, manage, and oversee the business development budget to ensure cost-effectiveness and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Work collaboratively with finance and executive teams to ensure collections are timely.
