HUMAN RESOURCE EXECUTIVE X1

1. Recruitment and Staffing:

  • Job Posting and Sourcing: Create job descriptions and post job openings on various platforms (job boards, company website, social media, etc.).
  • Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers to select the best candidates.
  • Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation, conducting orientation, and ensuring new employees are smoothly integrated into the company.

    2. Employee Relations:

    • Conflict Resolution: Address employee concerns and conflicts, mediate discussions, and ensure fair resolutions.
    • Employee Support: Provide guidance and support to employees on workplace policies, benefits, and career development.
    • Workplace Culture: Promote a positive and inclusive work environment, engaging with employees to boost morale and retain talent.

      3. Compensation and Benefits:

      • Salary Administration: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and address any salary-related queries.
      • Payroll Processing: Oversee payroll preparation, ensuring timely and accurate payment to all employees while adhering to tax and labor laws.
      • Benefits Management: Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
      • Compensation Analysis: Review compensation packages to ensure competitiveness and compliance with industry standards.

        4. Training and Development:

        • Employee Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to improve employee skills and performance.
        • Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal process, provide feedback to managers, and help with goal setting and development plans.

          5. Compliance and Legal Requirements:

          • Labor Law Compliance: Ensure that the company complies with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards, including health and safety, discrimination, and harassment policies.
          • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate HR records, such as employee files, contracts, and legal documents.
          • Policy Development and Enforcement: Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and best practices.

            6. Employee Engagement and Retention:

            • Surveys and Feedback: Conduct employee satisfaction surveys, analyze feedback, and suggest initiatives to improve engagement.
            • Retention Strategies: Implement strategies to reduce turnover and retain top talent, including offering growth opportunities, recognition, and career development programs.

              7. Health and Safety:

              • Workplace Safety Programs: Ensure the workplace is safe and conducive to employee well-being by coordinating health and safety programs and compliance with workplace safety regulations.
              • Workplace Wellness: Promote employee wellness initiatives, such as mental health support, ergonomic assessments, and work-life balance programs.

                8. HR Administration:

                • Record Keeping: Manage and maintain accurate HR databases, personnel records, and confidential employee information.
                • HR Technology Management: Administer HR software and systems for managing recruitment, performance evaluations, time tracking, and payroll.

                  ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE X1

                  • Financial Statements: Prepare, analyze, and maintain accurate financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
                  • Budgeting: Assist in the creation and management of the restaurant's annual budget, ensuring alignment with the company's financial goals and operational strategies.
                  • Expense Monitoring: Track and control expenses, ensuring adherence to the budget while identifying cost-saving opportunities within restaurant operations.
                  • Financial Analysis: Conduct regular financial analysis to assess the restaurant's financial health and profitability. Provide insights to management for decision-making.
                  • Invoice Processing: Review and process invoices from vendors and suppliers, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
                  • Payment Management: Ensure that payments to suppliers, contractors, and other third parties are made on time, preventing disruptions in service and maintaining good relationships.
                  • Customer Payments: Manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments and addressing any billing issues with clients or customers.
                  • Cash Flow Monitoring: Monitor the restaurant's daily cash flow, ensuring there is sufficient liquidity to cover operating expenses and payroll.
                  • Bank Reconciliations: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure that cash balances and records are accurate and discrepancies are promptly addressed.
                  • Petty Cash Management: Manage petty cash funds, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company policies.
                  • Tax Filing and Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate filing of all business taxes, including sales tax, income tax, and employee-related taxes.
                  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with local, state, and federal regulations affecting restaurant operations and ensure the business remains compliant with all financial laws and reporting requirements.
                  • Audit Preparation: Prepare and coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring that all financial records and documentation are accurate and up-to-date.
                  • Internal Control Systems: Develop and maintain internal control procedures to safeguard the restaurant’s assets and prevent fraud or financial mismanagement.
                  • Financial Reporting to Management: Provide regular financial reports and analysis to management, highlighting key financial performance metrics, variances from the budget, and recommendations for improvement.
                  • POS System Management: Ensure proper setup and integration of point-of-sale (POS) systems for accurate tracking of sales transactions and inventory.
                  • Daily Cash Reconciliation: Reconcile daily cash sales and credit card transactions to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.

  • Achieve at least Diploma certificate.
  • Handle full HR spectrum / full set account
  • Proven work experience as a HR/Account in F&B sector is preferable but is not a MUST.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of coordinating with multiple parties and handling complex tasks.
