Responsibilities:
- Process the HR operations and administration for Non Executive and below including letter issuance and system update for all the HR transactions (Offer Letter, Confirmation, Transfer & etc).
- Process staff welfare and other HR administration such as filling, regular HR reports, invoices processing & etc.
- Setup and troubleshoot HR system / eLeave system and back up attendance system.
- To be trained to involve in Part-time recruitment for shops.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in mass recruitment and have exposure in overall HR spectrums. Fresh graduate is welcome.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. Computer literate with proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Passionate in HR, good team player and able to work independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,400.00 per month
