The Logistics & Supply Chain Intern will support the department in managing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain processes, including inventory management, transportation coordination, and process improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Supply Chain Operations:
    • Assist in planning and coordinating supply chain activities, such as procurement, warehousing, and distribution.

  • Logistics Support:
    • Help in organizing shipments and coordinating with carriers to ensure timely delivery.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Analyze supply chain performance metrics and prepare reports on cost, efficiency, and service levels.
    • Identify trends and provide actionable insights for process improvements.
  • Inventory Management:
    • Participate in cycle counting and physical inventory checks.
    • Ensure inventory data accuracy and assist in resolving discrepancies.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
    • Assist in implementing lean methodologies and supply chain optimization initiatives.
  • Customer Support:
    • Work closely with the customer service team to address order-related issues.
    • Ensure on-time fulfillment of customer orders and maintain service quality.
  • Compliance and Documentation:
    • Support compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
    • Maintain organized records of logistics activities and documentation.

Education:
Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
