  • Maintain and implement a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) for the company, including comprising of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018, Approved Supplier Provider Certificates for Inventory of Hazardous Material (IHM) across all Classification Societies, Ship Recycling Services and Asbestos Related Services.
  • Maintain and manage additional QMS certifications as required for the company.
  • Conduct internal audits across various departments to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.
  • Lead efforts to attain new certifications and accreditations as needed.
  • Ensure the timely maintenance and updating of all necessary documentation related to QMS and certifications.
  • Perform regular safety checks and audits on colleagues working out of office
  • Provide regular training to internal stakeholders on QEHS
  • Working closely with Operations and Management, and stay up to date on all relevant Acts, Regulations and Standards and sharing with internal stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Provide administrative assistance and carry out any ad-hoc duties as assigned.=
  • 5 years’ working experience in QEHS
  • A passion in Quality, Environment, Health and Safety (QEHS) and willingness to learn.
  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Commitment to excellence in quality of work and client satisfaction.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Effective oral and written communication in English.
  • Problem solver and creative thinker.
  • Excellent PC literacy, especially in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Be able to work independently and demonstrate initiative, as well as operate effectively as part of a team.
  • Shall possess valid ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 Internal Auditor certification.
  • Background in maritime industry will be an advantage.
  • Successful candidate will be based in our KL office (Bukit Bintang) and report to the CEO, APAC & Middle East in Singapore; occasional travelling is required.
