Are you interested in gaining hands-on experience in Human Resources? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated intern to support our HR team and help improve our HR processes.
Position: HR Intern
Location: Philleo Damansara 1
Duration: 4 Months
Start Date: February Intake

What You’ll Be Involved In:
- Assisting with HR administrative tasks such as employee records, onboarding, and benefits administration
- Supporting the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate databases
- Helping with HR data entry and reporting for key HR metrics
- Contributing to the improvement of HR workflows and process optimization
- Participating in team meetings and HR-related projects
- Assisting with employee engagement initiatives and HR communications
What We’re Looking For:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of HR processes is a plus
- Comfortable working with HR systems and software
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work in a team environment
