Job Description
The Human Resources assistant performs administrative tasks to support the HR department. HR assistants help with recruiting, hiring, and training employees, as well as maintaining employee records
Job Requirements
Recruiting Process: Review resumes, schedule interviews, and follow up with candidates
Hiring Process: Assist with hiring new employees and issuing employment contracts
Training Coordination: Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees
Employee records: Maintain employee databases, including attendance, leaves
Coordinate Events: Plan and execute special events, such as benefits enrollment, employee recognition events, and holiday parties
