Supervisor Outlet
Job description
1. Plan, implement and monitor all outlets in-charge operational strategy
2. Set goals and objectives for outlets in-charge
3. Oversee operations to ensure efficiency
4. Train and onboard new employees
5. Set up and monitor store KPIs
6. Ensure compliance with the company’s policies and operational guidelines
7. Deal with customers' complains
8. Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest solutions for improvement
Job Requirements
1. Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Business Studies/Management or any related fields with minimum 3 years working of experience in Managerial level in related industry.
2. Good communication, staff management, planning skills and achieved target.
3. Must have work experience in managing chain outlets in food & beverages sector.
4. Good computer, reports and training skills.
5. Willing to travel with owned transport and work beyond normal working hours.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM2,600.00 – RM6,000.00 per month
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
