Responsible of the mechanical and electrical maintenance.
Responsible for the plant’s daily machineries and equipment breakdown maintenance.
To ensure tools and technical equipment are well kept and in good operational condition.
Responsible to well keep of plant building maintenance.
To provide project engineering support.
Make recommendation on the possibility of machineries and equipment modification and upgrading in order to prevent man-hour losses due to prolong and frequent machineries and equipment breakdown and hence assist to maximize production output.
Plan, implement, monitor and ensure that Plant’s Preventive Maintenance Program is carried out in accordance to the approved schedule.
Promote quality and safety awareness and responsibilities among members of the department.
Ensure that the Company Quality Systems Procedures and Work Instruction are implemented and maintained.
To perform regular checking of the facility and taking corrective action(s) where required.
Checking, monitors and ensure that all materials, consumables and spare parts for production and maintenance department are readily available and maintained at an adequate and reasonable inventory level.

Possess a Certificate in mechanical/electrical.
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably with experience in plant or factory industry.
Experience in Maintenance, Facility or M&E Technician in machinery and building maintenance or facilities management industry.
Knowledge on understanding of mechanical & electrical systems and all general maintenance processes and methods.
Responsible, meticulous and possess good working attitude and able to work independently.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Working hours-6 days/week from 9.30am to 6.00pm.
