We are seeking reliable Admin Assistant to join our growing team. This admin will be responsible for performing various administrative and office support tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties.
- Support office staff in day-to-day operations.
- Handle customer service inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory, ordering new items as necessary.
- Ensure office areas are kept organized and professional.
- As the Admin Assistant, you shall exercise and perform the duties as may be advised by the Company from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Minimum SPM; additional education or certifications in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a clerk or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
