RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Focus on end-to-end recruitment, which includes, administering the Manpower Requisition Form for replacement and new headcounts, not limited to sourcing, shortlisting, assessment & selection, offer and on-boarding.
  • Liaise with respective department managers and stakeholders to understand and support their specific recruitment needs.
  • Manage the advertising of job vacancies via various social media platforms and job search portals.
  • To collaborate with various agencies to participate in various recruitment drives.
  • To handle internal transfer requests.
  • Weekly and monthly reports for recruitment results.
  • Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns.
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain a good relationship with candidates and see them through the completion of their probation.
  • To perform any HR related projects or duties as and when assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree/Diploma in HRM or any equivalents
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition in both agency and in-house
  • Strong understanding, positivity attitude and hands-on experience with the full lifecycle recruitment process and talent acquisition
  • Highly organized, driven, and able to perform well under pressure
  • Good interpersonal skills and works well in a team
  • A hands-on person who is positive, proactive, and driven
  • Mature and able to work independently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Talent acquisition: 2 years (Preferred)
