Working Location: Singapore

Working Hour: 8am to 8pm / 8pm to 8am (4 Working Days)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Be available to take calls.
  • Prompt response to queries via voicemail / email / fax.
  • Accurate assessment/ resolution of problems.
  • Provide first level support to troubleshoot and solve technical problems.
  • Incident tracking and first & second level resolution for all trouble calls, including those related to desktop, LAN, centralized infrastructure, Wide Area Network, and voice services related service requests.
  • Coordination for employee user account administration, activation, changes, and terminations.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of computer systems, hardware, software, and networking.
  • Basic understanding of Windows, Email system, Network Connectivity and basic L1 troubleshooting.
  • Open to work in 12 hours rotating shift arrangement.
  • Fresh Graduate or Non-Technical candidates are welcomed to apply.
  • Experience involving in high volume call environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM9,100.00 per month
