Working Location: Singapore
Working Hour: 8am to 8pm / 8pm to 8am (4 Working Days)
Job Responsibilities:
- Be available to take calls.
- Prompt response to queries via voicemail / email / fax.
- Accurate assessment/ resolution of problems.
- Provide first level support to troubleshoot and solve technical problems.
- Incident tracking and first & second level resolution for all trouble calls, including those related to desktop, LAN, centralized infrastructure, Wide Area Network, and voice services related service requests.
- Coordination for employee user account administration, activation, changes, and terminations.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer systems, hardware, software, and networking.
- Basic understanding of Windows, Email system, Network Connectivity and basic L1 troubleshooting.
- Open to work in 12 hours rotating shift arrangement.
- Fresh Graduate or Non-Technical candidates are welcomed to apply.
- Experience involving in high volume call environments.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM9,100.00 per month
