  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are expanding our team and looking for an energetic, customer-focused individual to join us as a Sales Consultant cum Beauty Therapist.

Job Overview:

As a Sales Consultant cum Beauty Therapist, you will be a key player in driving sales while providing exceptional beauty therapy services to clients. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our beauty products and services, building relationships with customers, and offering professional beauty treatments, such as facials, skin care, and massage therapies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Customer Service:
  • Actively engage with customers to understand their beauty needs and recommend products/services.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets by promoting and upselling beauty products and treatments.
  • Educate clients about the benefits of treatments and products, answering any questions they may have.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Beauty Therapy Services:
  • Perform a range of beauty treatments, such as facials, body treatments, skin care consultations, and massages.
  • Ensure proper hygiene standards and safety protocols are followed during all treatments.
  • Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to provide clients with top-notch services.
  • Administrative & Operational:
  • Maintain accurate records of client treatments and product sales.
  • Assist with inventory management and stock levels to ensure products are available for sale.
  • Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized salon/spa environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Certification in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in beauty therapy and/or sales is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales abilities with a passion for customer service.
  • Knowledge of beauty products, skin care, and beauty treatments.
  • Ability to perform a wide range of beauty services, including facials, massages, and skin care treatments.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
