Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for the day-to-day administrative activities of the office and reception function.
  • Ensure all guests & visitors are welcomed and usher to the appropriate person / place.
  • Screening & answering phone calls and attend to enquiry & request.
  • Monitoring tea lady & cleaner's duties.
  • Maintain & ensure pantry replenish & office tardiness.
  • Responsible in Safety Awareness role such as committing & identifying safe work procedures for work-related activities.
  • Any other duties assigned by the superior & the management from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM / Professional Certificate or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g.: Excel & Word).
  • Possess good analytical & organization skills.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English.
  • Candidate fluent in mandarin is preferred as the role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking guests.
