  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking Senior Sales Executive / Sales Manager / Sales Designer at Min Key Builders Sdn Bhd. The roles involves day-to-day tasks such as managing sales activities, creating and implementing sales strategies, and building relationships with customer as well as various sources of potential customers such as developers, estate agents, architects, external designers, contractors and material suppliers. The position also requires working closely with the design and construction teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key requirements

  • Minimal 2 years working experience in sales related field. Those previously in credit card sales, home loan sales, insurance sales, property sales or kitchen cabinet/wardrobe/ sanitaryware/ floor tiles sales are encouraged to apply
  • Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills
  • Experience in creating and implementing sales strategies as well as dealing directly with customers
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of the home improvement industry
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently. For sales manager, must have experience in leading a sales team
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field while not necessary will be a plus
  • Experience with property, construction, interior design and/or building materials industry will also be a plus
