Job Descriptions
- Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations
- Ensure the timely shipping and receiving all goods on time
- Ensure that all orders are completed on time and ready for collection or delivery
- Develop and implement operational policies and standards to align with company requirements
- Assist in managing warehouse operations by scheduling and assigning tasks to employees
- Recruiting, selecting, orienting and training warehouse staff
- Provide assistance in personnel, training and development, safety, technical and operation matters
- Coordinate and oversee all relevant activities
- Work closely with internal and external team to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain the physical condition of the warehouse, including equipment, vehicles (such as lorries or forklifts), and other related assets
- Ensure the safety and cleanliness of warehouse
- Report key information and decisions to Warehouse Manager
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and related duties as assigned by the superior or manager
