Position: Marketing Executive
Salary: RM2500 - RM3200 (Based on experience)
Benefits: EPF & SOCSO , MC and Annual Leave entitlement
Working Hour : 10am - 7pm
Working Area :Taman Desa Tebrau ( Johor Bahru)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Marketing Campaigns: Plan, create, and launch marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Content Creation & Social Media Management: Manage our social media platforms, create compelling content, and engage with our audience to build a strong online presence.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences, providing insights to enhance our marketing strategies.
- Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with the sales, design, and product teams to align marketing efforts and achieve business goals.
- Monitor & Optimize Campaign Performance: Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, optimize content, and adjust strategies to improve results.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and an eye for detail.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, Google Analytics).
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
