We are looking for interns who have the thirst for learning and eager to level up to experience real work-life culture in our organization while building their professional knowledge in HR and open for students to a friendly and enthusiastic working experience and be prepared to be exposed to the recruitment industry.

- Assist to maintain and enhance Human Resources by implementing and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, recruitment, programs & activities, and practices to ensure smooth operation.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Arrange and Conduct interviews with candidates

- Assist to manage the functions of HR & Admin

- Assist to manage entire recruitment process cycle

- Assist with internal & external training arrangement

- Assist in updating internal databases for recruitment

- Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate Superior

Required Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree / Diploma
  • Any experience in HR Operations role will be added advantage
  • Strong communication skills & knowledge of local language to work with business leaders, and a broad range of vendors.
  • Strong client service orientation and passion for problem solving
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and other applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in spoken/ written local language
  • Good time keeping

Pay: RM450.00 - RM600.00 per month
