Job Description
- Oversee and handle daily incoming leads for the restaurant.
- Coordinate with potential customers and the operations team to convert leads into bookings or sales.
- Arrange and conduct site inspections with customers when required.
- Collaborate with outlet managers on events and reservations.
- Partner with the marketing team to plan and manage leads and upcoming promotions.
- Prepare and submit daily reports promptly.
Requirements
- Proficient in customer service and telemarketing.
- Skilled in face-to-face customer interactions.
- Maintains a professional and polished appearance.
- Articulate and effective communicator.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
- Valid driving license.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa
- Contract to permanent
- Can start immediately
