- After-Sales Support: Proactively reach out to customers after a sale to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or issues. Assist with product returns, replacements, and warranty claims, resolving customer concerns efficiently.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain organized and up-to-date customer and sales records. Generate reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide them with the necessary support and information. Work in tandem with other departments such as marketing and product development to ensure a unified customer experience.

- At least achieve SPM certificate
- Preferably min 2 years of working experience in the related field
- Proficiency in English & Mandarin is preferred
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Capacity to understand customer issues and provide prompt and effective solutions to meet their needs and resolve any concerns they may have.
- Empathy and Patience: Demonstrated empathy towards customers' concerns and the patience to handle difficult situations with grace and professionalism.
