About the role

Join the Roadshow Team at OSIM (M) Sdn Bhd as a Well-being Advisor (Retail Sales) and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a full-time sales associate, you will be responsible for promoting and selling OSIM's innovative well-being products in various retail locations throughout Selangor and Kuala Lumpur.

What you'll be doing

  • Engage with customers to understand their well-being needs and recommend suitable OSIM products
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits to generate interest and drive sales
  • Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records
  • Ensure the retail space is well-presented and stocked at all times
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and business objectives
  • Provide excellent customer service and create a positive brand experience

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in a retail sales or customer service role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers effectively
  • Enthusiasm for well-being and healthy living products
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Flexible and adaptable to work at various retail locations
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin/Cantonese is an advantage）
