CZ - Sales & Marketing Executive (Safety & Security) - PJ

Job Responsibilities:

1. Sales Responsibilities

• Proactive Sales Generation:
• Identify and target new customers through research, networking, and referrals.
• Schedule and conduct sales meetings, site visits, and presentations to showcase the company's products and services.
• Sales Strategy Execution:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and increase revenue.
• Monitor and follow up on potential leads to convert them into paying customers.
• Deal Negotiation and Closing:
• Prepare and deliver customized proposals, quotations, and agreements tailored to customer needs.
• Close sales deals effectively while maintaining profitability for the company.

2. Business Development

• Expand Market Reach:
• Identify untapped industries, markets, or regions to introduce the company’s services.
• Build and nurture partnerships with key stakeholders and organizations to create new opportunities.
• Customer Database Management:
• Maintain and update a database of potential and existing customers to track interactions and opportunities.

3. Customer Relationship Management

• Build Long-Term Relationships:
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Provide timely follow-up and excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• Customer Education:
• Educate customers on the benefits and value of the company’s products and services to ensure confidence in their purchase decisions.

4. Reporting and Goal Management

• Track Performance:
• Record all sales activities, leads, and conversions in a systematic manner.
• Prepare reports on sales progress, challenges, and opportunities for management review.
• Meet and Exceed Targets:
• Consistently meet individual sales goals as assigned by the company.

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• Able to work independently, self-motivated and highly self-disciplined.
• Always with a positive mindset and willing to grow further.
• At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office.
