ACCOUNT ASSISTANT - ACCOUNT RECEIVABLE
1. Assist with daily accounting functions, including processing invoices, payment receive, and receipts. Responsible for completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of operations in the accounts receivable and intercompany accounts, as well as treasury transactions.
2. Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
3. Reconcile bank statements and accounts on a regular basis
4. Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
5. Maintain filing systems for financial documents and records.
6. Support the preparation of e-invoicing
7. Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding financial matters. Co-ordinate with superior and other department for work related to customer, suppliers, staffs claim on progress collection and payments.
8. Perform other ad hoc duties as required by the finance team. Undertake any other tasks and responsibilities assigned when require.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
