Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Human Resources at Salam Alliance in Bandar Baru Bangi. The Assistant Manager Human Resources will be responsible for day-to-day HR tasks, employee relations, recruitment, training, and ensuring HR compliance.

Qualifications

  • HR Management, Employee Relations, Recruitment, and Training skills
  • Knowledge of HR compliance and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving, good managing people and organizational skills
  • Experience in the healthcare industry HR is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
