As After-Sales Technician, the primary role is to provide technical support to customers through installation, maintenance, and repair of products while ensuring high service standards. This position also involves managing equipment cleaning, sample collection, and addressing customer complaints.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide after-sales service support, including installation, maintenance, and repair of sold products.
- Clean and sterilize tanks, screens, pipes, and production areas using appropriate tools and chemical solutions.
- Remove clogs, defects, or impurities from equipment such as machines, conveyors, and tanks.
- Collect and prepare material samples for laboratory analysis.
- Handle customer complaints, resolve issues, and manage warranty cases effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Min Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years in after-sales service, technical support, or a similar role.
- Knowledge of machine maintenance, cleaning techniques, and sample handling.
- Familiarity with tools, chemical solutions, and processing equipment.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Good communication and ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
- Willingness to work overtime and travel if required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
