Sales Manager
• Present, promote and sell full range of bicycle products to prospective customers
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products
• To resolve customer complaints by investigating the problems and developing solutions with the team
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better result
• Arrange deliver order for customer
• Min. 1 of experience as a sales representative.
• Basic knowledge of the Bicycle industry.
• Creativity and resourcefulness
• Enthusiasm and desire to learn.
• Ability to work on short deadlines.
• Passion cyclist will be an advantage.
• Able to travel outstation to visit dealers.
• Able to start immediately.
